We’re just weeks away from Evolving 2025 – The CTO Conference, and we are looking forward to an inspiring two-day experience in Chicago. This event is more than just a gathering; it’s a moment to celebrate our shared achievements, align on United’s evolving vision, and connect with peers and leaders from across the globe.

The CTO Conference is a unique opportunity to engage directly with United Airlines leadership, gain insight into key company initiatives, and strengthen our community of frontline brand ambassadors.
Dates: August 18–19, 2025

✈️ Book Your Flights
Secure your Positive Space travel as soon as possible. All CTO team members must obtain supervisor authorization for business travel. Once booked, share your travel confirmation with your supervisor for final approval and ticketing.
Refer to the internal travel policy via Flying Together > Travel > Travel Policies (stopovers are not permitted).
💵 Request Travel Cash Advance (If applicable)
Submit any Concur requests by Friday, August 8.
Note: Employees receiving cash advances must submit an expense report within 10 calendar days from the last travel date. For more details about cash advance, check with your supervisor.
🎒 What to Pack
Dress Code: Business casual attire for all sessions; casual wear for evening activities.
Consider wearing comfortable shoes to ensure ease during the sales conference, as you’ll be on your feet for various sessions and activities.
Weather: August in Chicago is typically warm (75–85°F / 24–29°C). Bring comfortable clothing and bring a light jacket as the conference room temperature may vary.

💡 Additional Travel Reminders
Employees traveling on company business must follow the Travel and Expense Policy. For Meal Reimbursement Guidelines (Sunday & Wednesday), please refer to Flying Together > Travel > Types of Travel > Travel & Expense Policy ($75/day including tips; max. 15% tip allowed).
Transportation options from O’Hare:
Take the Blue Line to Monroe/Dearborn, average cost $5
Shared rides (Uber/Lyft) average $52 and take approx. 45 minutes to The Palmer House Hilton.
