As we approach Evolving 2025 – The CTO Conference in Chicago, we’re excited to share more details about the two special evening events planned for August 18th and 19th.
These experiences have been thoughtfully designed as an integral part of the conference, offering meaningful opportunities for connection, celebration, and a unique taste of the city’s vibrant atmosphere.

📅 Evening Events Overview
Monday, August 18 | Chicago Elite Cruise – Navy Pier
Join us for a scenic, private cruise along Lake Michigan aboard the Chicago Elite, departing from Navy Pier.
⏰ Departure Time from the hotel: 6:00 p.m.
🚌 Group bus transportation will be provided.
🥂 Includes: Dinner, cocktails, music, unforgettable skyline views and a relaxed environment to toast our collective successes, including a special celebration of the 2024 CTO Stretch Goal achievement.
🧭 Cruise Route Highlights: expect views of iconic landmarks like Willis Tower, the John Hancock Center, Lake Point Tower, and more. This experience is both relaxing and inspiring, offering time to unwind with colleagues from across the network.
🎒 What to Bring & Wear: Attire: Smart casual, with layers, evenings by the lake can be breezy or cool. Comfortable shoes are recommended.
🛥️ The boat ride is very stable, but if you are prone to motion sickness, we encourage you to take preventive measures in advance (e.g., bring your non-drowsy medication)
Tuesday, August 19 | Closing Celebration at Hopsmith Chicago
Let’s wrap up the conference with dinner and drinks at one of Chicago’s popular urban restaurants.
⏰ Departure Time from the hotel: 6:00 p.m.
📍 Venue: Hopsmith Chicago.
🚌 Group bus transportation will be provided.
🍽️ Includes: Elevated bar-style dining, drinks, and a wonderful Latin Celebration.
👕 What to Wear: Casual. Come as you are.
